A Traditional Scottish Strathspey first published by Neil Gow in 1784. This was once a popular Strathspey in Scotland, but it is not played so much these days. In Ireland it is found almost identically as “Welcome Here Again” and “The Four Provinces Fling No.2” (that is, the 2nd Fling in the ‘Four Provinces’ set of tunes commonly played in Donegal, Ireland).
