A very famous Basque song, as a reveration or greeting/saying good-bye to one’s health. Often used in official acts, and especially at the very end of funeral services, both religious and pagan.
It is customary for the public to stand whilst hearing this song. It originally was a Lapurdian hunting melody, made well-known through the version of Jose Olaizola Gabarain.
