BACH ‘Anna Magdalena’ – Minuet – THREE CELLOS

Other Identification:
Anna Magdalena Bach (1701-1760) was a German soprano, the second wife of Johann Sebastian Bach, and the celebrated recipient of the Little Book of Anna Magdalena Bach.
The Little Book of Anna Magdalena Bach, or Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach, consists of two handwritten notebooks that the German Baroque composer Johann Sebastian Bach gave to his second wife, Anna Magdalena. The notebooks contain musical notations of various genres, such as harpsichord music, minuets, rondos, polonaises, sonatas, chorale preludes, marches, and some vocal pieces in aria form.
