“The Pink Panther Theme” is an iconic jazz composition by Henry Mancini for the 1963 film The Pink Panther. Featuring a distinctive tenor saxophone melody, a smooth, syncopated rhythm, and background strings, the piece’s jazz-influenced harmonies and repetitive melodic motives make it highly memorable.

The theme was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Score but did not win, and it has since become a globally recognized and beloved piece of music, accompanying the animated Pink Panther cartoon character.
