SCHUBERT – Moment Musical, Op.94 No.3 – 6 CELLOS (easier)

Other Identification:
Schubert’s Six Moments Musicaux (Op. 94, D. 780) are a collection of six short, expressive piano pieces composed between 1823 and 1828 and published in 1828, the year of his death. These beloved “musical moments” were written for the Viennese public’s taste for short “album leaves,” and they are valued for their emotional depth and accessibility, ranging from tender to poignant and even desperate, reflecting human moods and paradoxes. The collection is frequently played by both amateur and professional pianists and is considered a miniature expression of Schubert’s characteristic sound world.
