In cello orchestra performance certain 16th note sequences in Cello I and Cello II (and even Cello III) are perhaps better played by one solo cellist in each case – please hear a string orchestra audio to get good ideas!
This is the famous “Albinoni Adagio” which truthfully was composed by Remo Giazoto – only the bass line is in fact by Albinoni, but which however has become, through the decades, one of the most famous pieces of ‘classical’ music ever!
