This cello version, set in G Major, is of two Italian melodies set in four distinct voices. No part proceeds farther up than fourth position. All the parts have melodic and arpeggio figure interest. The music works equally with four soloists, or by a larger cello ensemble. Johnstone-Music wishes to thank JOANNE JEFFERIS for generously sharing this piece.
